The Royal Livingstone Hotel has 173 spacious en-suite rooms: 118 with twin beds, and 49 with king-size beds. Each room has its private verandah. Three suites offer a separate lounge and bedroom, while the Presidential Suite offers an additional, optional separate bedroom. There are two rooms with disabled facilities.
